Talent Harmony (Melody Moreira EI), concerned about the rights of individuals, particularly with regard to automated processing, and in a desire for transparency with its customers, has implemented a policy describing all of such processing, the purposes pursued by the latter and the means of action available to individuals so that they can best exercise their rights.

The current version of these terms of use applies to the personal data of our candidates and our clients and is the only version that can be invoked during the entire period of use of the site, until a new version replaces it. 

Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject); an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a name, an identification number or one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

What type of personal data do we collect?

Candidate data:  

In order to offer you the best job opportunities corresponding to your profile and to support you in your professional development projects, we need to process certain information about you. We only ask for information that we know will truly help you, such as your first and last name, your contact details, your educational background, your professional experience, your salary expectations as well as any document justifying the veracity of the information you entrust to us (*). You may of course choose to share other useful information with us. 

Customer data:  

If you are a Talent Harmony customer, we need to collect and use certain information about you, or concerning people within your company, as part of the services we provide you with such as finding candidates who match the profile of your company search. 

How do we collect your personal data?

Candidate data:  

We collect your personal data directly from you or through the data you communicate to us or post on the internet (CV libraries, social networks, forms, website). 

Customer data:  

We collect your personal data directly from you or from company files for which you have consented to appear.

How do we use your personal data?

Candidate data:  

We use your personal information mainly to help you find a job or other missions likely to suit you and in order to respond to your request for support in a professional development project. The more information we have about you and your skills and ambitions, the more relevant our proposals can be. 

Customer data:  

We use information about our customers primarily to ensure that the contractual agreements made between us can be implemented correctly and thus guarantee effective collaboration. 
 

With whom do we share your personal data?

Personal data may be shared with third party companies exclusively in the European Union, in the following cases:  

Candidate data:  

We may share your personal data with potential employers in order to increase your chances of getting the position you are aiming for. We will always seek your prior consent. 

Customer data:  

We will share your data to ensure that we propose you suitable candidates. 

If required by law, Talent Harmony may transmit data to follow up on complaints presented against the Site and comply with administrative and legal procedures. 

How do we protect your personal data?

We take the protection of your personal information seriously. This is why we have put in place appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data.

 

How long do we keep your personal data?

Data relating to candidates : 

If we do not communicate with you for a period of three years, we will delete your personal data from our systems.

Customer data:  

In all cases, we retain your data for the duration of the service(s) you have entrusted to us.

However, in certain cases, data may be kept beyond the end of this period, for the time we consider necessary to manage a lasting relationship with candidates, customers and prospects with whom we are in contact, taking into account our legitimate economic interests. We will not do so if you explicitly withdraw your consent.

 

Your rights regarding your personal data

Although we are in possession of your personal data, you have certain rights in relation to it: 

- The right of access: you may exercise your right of access to your personal data. Before exercising this right, Talent Harmony may request proof of the user's identity in order to verify its accuracy.

- The right of rectification: if the personal data held by Talent Harmony is inaccurate, you may request that the information be updated.

- The right to deletion of data: you may request the deletion of your personal data, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

- The right to limitation of processing: you may ask Talent Harmony to limit the processing of personal data in accordance with the assumptions provided for by the GDPR.

- The right to object to data processing: you may object to data being processed in accordance with the assumptions provided for by the GDPR.

- The right to portability: you can request that Talent Harmony return your personal data to you, so that it can be easily transferred to a new platform.

All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid identity document and state the address at which Talent Harmony may contact the applicant. A reply will be sent within one month of receipt of the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests so require. 

In addition, and since law no. 2016-1321 of October 7, 2016, people who so wish, have the possibility to organize the fate of their data after their death. For more information on the subject, you can consult the CNIL website: https://www.cnil.fr/.  


 

Users can also submit a complaint to the CNIL on the CNIL website:  https://www.cnil.fr/.  

We recommend that you first contact Talent Harmony before submitting a complaint to the CNIL, as we are at your entire disposal to resolve your problem. 

It is important to note that we may need to change this privacy policy from time to time. Please visit this page regularly to review any changes that may occur. 

(*) Details of candidate data likely to be collected: 

• Name ; 

• Contact details;

• Education 

• Professional experience; 

• Information about your current salary; 

• Information about your interests and needs regarding your future employment, both directly collected and inferred, for example from jobs you’ve looked at or  articles that you have read on our Site; 

• Additional information that you choose to communicate to us; 

• Additional information about you that your previous employers may share with us, or that we find from third-party sources such as job sites or social networks.
